The third Commissioners meeting took place at Lancaster House in London on 24 February 2005. Commissioners discussed final drafting changes and agreed a launch date for the report and a plan for outreach following the report publication. Also on the agenda was the issue of possible mechanisms for monitoring the outcomes of the Commissions work.
