The Commissioners also identified three principal cross-cutting issues, each to be 'championed' by a Commissioner. These were HIV/Aids (to be championed by K Y Amoako), Migration (to be championed by Tidjane Thiam) and Gender and Youth (to be championed by Anna Tibaijuka).
