21 - 22 April - Nelson Mandela Foundation Seminar - North and East Africa

On 22 April, the Nelson Mandela Foundation hosted a 'thinkers forum for East Africa to consider the Commission for Africa report. Participants included a range of parliamentarians, civil society representatives and academics from across the region. The forum was preceded, on 21 April, by an open meeting with civil society.

The forum was part of a series organised for the Commission for Africa by the Foundation. The following forums will be in Maputo (22-23 May) and Dakar (20-21 June."
